Some Watford Writers after my talk on submissions. In other news, I received details from Harrogate Crime Festival today. And reviews are starting to come in for Dead End (out in May)- see below.
Yes, Star, the photographer, Jim Ford, did a great job. It's not easy taking a photo of so many people all at once with no one blinking, yawning - or worse!
Hi Debs, yes, they're a lovely writers' group, really dedicated, and the standard of the short stories in the competition I judged for them was brilliant.
I enjoyed it quite a lot. I will definitely buy Road Closed (and Dead End), but first I must put some order on my bookshelves and read a few titles I haven't done yet. I think your two books will be read around summertime.
