Going to read it right away.
It won't get any easier when Amazon allows reselling of digital copies. I can only hope they include a royalty to the author in the resell, and only allow it to be done once.
Food for thought, hope some other method of book promotion becomes available if the chains are just going to promote celeb reads.
Not cheerful, Guillaume, but I've blogged about this a while ago. Things aren't getting any better.
All authors can do is try to be optimistic, Fizzy, and hope fans keep telling their friends to buy our books (hint!)
Yes, Bernard, it's not looking good, is it? Authors seem to be under attack from every angle - libraries, bookshops, amazon - all the outlets you would think would be supporting mid list authors who are too old (and sane) to run around with footballers!
