The rise of e-books

amazon.co.uk have announced that readers are paying to download more e-books than print books, paperbacks and hardbacks combined. For every 100 print book sales, there are 114 downloads. It took 2 years for e-books to overtake print books, a turning point that took 4 years in the USA.
